There were 12 ideas pitched at the Friday night pitch event. Each presenter had 60 seconds to present their idea. After the pitches, the participants had a chance to talk to the presenters and learn more about the idea, then they voted for their three favorite ideas. They could give all three votes to one idea or spread them around to different ideas. The top 6 vote-getters would move forward. Below is the list of ideas and the number of votes received:

11-Chase – Care Management: A system which allows patients, care providers and relatives to monitor daily health stats for a patient. It could proactively prevent hospital visits saving millions of dollars.
10-Charlie – Healthkit game: A program to gamify fitness and getting in shape. It would be similar to a Choose Your Own Adventure book.
7-Christopher – Pioneer Drones: Ground control station hardware and software for drone aircraft that combines three different functions into one unit.
7-Anamarie – Coworking Space: A coworking space that emphasizes creating an entrepreneurial culture across all age levels from children to adults.
7-Brian – Snoop Dupe: A mobile app that allows you to hide your indiscretions from your significant other. For example, a secret swipe to view text messages from your mistress.
6-Ellie Day – Connect for Good: Core Services.
6-Jason – Career Node: Services for job applicants.
6-Scott – Snapchat: clone.
3-Antonio – Click Snaps: Mobile analytics platform that allows developers to identify problems in their applications.
3-Keegan – Hop Stock: Giving restaurants, bars and tap rooms a platform to offer highly focused discounts to consumers of certain brands of beer or alcohol.
3-Travis – Life Role Playing: A gamification of life events. For example, awarding points for career development.
